OFFICE HOURS

Office Hours are one-on-one consultation sessions with Kerry da Silva Cox, founder of Big Sky Workshop. Kerry brings nearly two decades of experience supporting students, artists, and institutions through portfolio assembly and review, creative strategy, project planning and execution, contract and licensing structures, and the practical realities of sustaining a long-term artistic practice.

What we’ll do together
These sessions are structured, one-on-one consultations for artists and creative professionals. We’ll use the time to get clear, get practical, and leave you with a plan.

Best for:

  • Portfolio review + positioning

  • Artist troubleshooting (stuck, overwhelmed, decision fatigue)

  • Project planning (scope, timeline, materials, execution)

  • Creative contracts (high-level guidance: structure, red flags, questions to ask)

How it works

  1. Book your session.

    Sessions are paid in advance and are offered in 30 min and 60 min slots.

    30 Minutes — $150
    Best for one focused issue: quick portfolio scan, decision point, or troubleshooting.

    60 Minutes — $300
    Best for deeper review: portfolio + strategy, project planning, or multiple questions.

  2. Prepare

    After booking, you’ll receive a link for a Zoom call at your chosen slot and short form so I can tailor the session. If it’s a portfolio review, there will be space to upload 10– 15 images or a link.

  3. Video call

    We meet and talk through your topic and concerns. Sessions begin and end on time. You are free to take notes, but recording is not permitted. No follow-up consulting by email, but multi-session options are available upon request.

  4. Close

    Ready? Book a slot for this week’s office hours.
